A multi-talented business owner herself, Karen knows what it takes to build and grow a successful business. With experience not only in small business but also multi-level marketing, she’s ready to help you achieve your own business goals.
With over 10 years of business experience and a Rolodex she never dared dream of, she built her own artist services agency from the ground up and has spent years working with high profile musicians from all over the country. In addition to her own business, she has 10 years of selling Mary Kay under her belt — she could write books on what to do and what NOT to do when it comes to Direct Sales.

Hey! I’m Karen and I’m so glad you’re here. My career has taken me from Boston to Nashville, where I’m currently based (and live with my rockstar husband and two pups). I’m obsessed with all things business and have a passion for helping other women see their true potential when it comes to business and life. While my biz resume is full of the symphonies, orchestras, and musicians I’ve worked with, I believe success comes from more than just putting in longer hours.
Building a sustainable business is about so much more than nailing pitches and managing a team of employees. Long-lasting success comes from taking a holistic approach and ensuring that not only is your business healthy, but that you are too.
That’s where my enneagram and life coaching certifications come in handy. You can’t build a healthy business without first being a healthy human. Physical, mental, and spiritual health matters! I’ve seen firsthand what happens when business owners neglect their own health and self-care. One word: burnout. My passion for helping women become the best version of themselves is what led me to create Fempire to Inspire.
